I am retired from a large
U.S. corporation following a 35 year career as a marketing and
planning executive. I am also a retired Artillery Major in the U.S.
Army Reserve. Since retiring from the corporate world, I have
operated a small marketing and planning consulting business under
the name FocusMR and with the publication of The Zambezi
Incident have become an author.
Currently I am an
officer and director of two non-profit corporations, one of which is
charted in South Africa and one of which is chartered in the United
States. Both organizations’ missions are to support African school
children. They host an annual event held in South Africa which
brings together hunters from around the world. Further information
about these organizations can be found on the "Link to OSHC" page of
this web site.
I have hunted African
big game in Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe. In North
America, I have hunted big game extensively in the United States and
Canada.
Previously I have
published articles in the following magazines:
Safari Club
International’s Safari magazine
Wisconsin

The
African Sporting Gazette
GSPNews
- internal publication of Federal Express
